The brand requested our expertise to expand the brand in Barcelona, one of the most advanced cities in terms of e-mobility worldwide.
Our objective was to introduce Swapfiets to a space in an already very competitive environment, create brand awareness and drive conversion.

Supporting the new “Can’t Stop Us” brand awareness campaign, we’ve identified the right people who have a strong influence on the target audience and in the sustainable industry. We also wanted to approach different types of endorsers (Yoga, DJ, Sport and Lifestyle) to embody the ‘can’t stop us’ attitude and invite others to join our movement.

Ignite the conversation with Barcelona City Hall. We’ve managed to establish a relationship with the local government And invite the urban mobility representation during the store opening.
Working with a local PR agency, we managed an exclusive with a top media in Spain La Vanguardia and El Pais to introduce and create an official statement and have created Press Release focusing on key messages on concept and product, coordination of media inquiries and spokesperson interviews.
We also decided to split the media budget and focus on tactical local lifestyle media as well as the Dutch community.
